We’re seeking an experienced Vineyard & Farm Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our organic & biodynamic vineyard and broader estate. This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who thrives in a self-managed environment and takes pride in maintaining the visual and agricultural excellence of a premium destination.

Krinklewood Estate is a stunning certified organic and biodynamic vineyard nestled in the Hunter Valley. Known for our premium wines, unforgettable weddings, boutique accommodation, and vibrant hospitality experiences—including our trattoria, Cézan—we offer guests a beautiful escape grounded in nature and quality.

We're searching for warm, energetic and professional waitstaff and hosts to be part of the launch team at Cézan Trattoria & Bar, a new food and wine experience nestled within the stunning grounds of Krinklewood Estate in the Hunter Valley. A collaboration between the award-winning Fennel & Co and Krinklewood, Cézan is more than just a trattoria — it’s the beating heart of a broader vision.

We’re looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Chef to join the opening team at Cézan Trattoria & Bar, a new trattoria and wine destination on the breathtaking Krinklewood Estate in the Hunter Valley — launched in collaboration with the acclaimed team at Fennel & Co.

We are seeking friendly, confident, energetic and charming Cellar Door Staff that give great customer service & are results orientated.
