Terms and conditionsYour first box is dispatched on the next business day following sign-up. Feel free to reach out to our team via email info@krinklewood.com if you have further questions. You will only be charged when your wine is ready for dispatch.
You can only cancel your wine club subscription after receiving a minimum of two wine tasting packs. If you wish to cancel after the minimum term, you must notify Krinklewood in writing via email at least 7 days before the wine club dispatch cut-off date. When a membership is paused, cancelled or a send is skipped, all additional perks and privileges (e.g 20% off RRP online and in-store, free tastings) will be suspended until the membership is resumed and the next scheduled box is charged.

You pay for your first box upon membership sign-up and then have your next pack automatically processed on the last day of each season depending on your chosen frequency.
Online wine purchases: Log in using the email address associated with your Wine Club membership. Your 20% member discount will be applied automatically to any additional wine purchases made outside your subscription. Wine tasting reservations: When booking online, select the Members’ Tasting experience to receive two complimentary wine tastings. At the Estate: Please let our team know that you are a Wine Club member to enjoy Complimentary wine tastings for two, 20% off wine and merchandise and 10% off dining at Cézan. When ordering from Cézan via the QR code, enter MEMBERS10 at checkout to receive your 10% dining discount. Accommodation: Receive 10% off accommodation when booking directly through our website. Simply enter MEMBERS10 at checkout.
