We’re looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Chef to join the opening team at Cézan Trattoria & Bar, a new trattoria and wine destination on the breathtaking Krinklewood Estate in the Hunter Valley — launched in collaboration with the acclaimed team at Fennel & Co.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hands-on support in daily mise en place, prep and service

Learning directly under an experienced Head Chef and award-winning team

Assisting across multiple styles of service — from restaurant to events

Helping bring to life an evolving menu focused on produce, flavour and simplicity

Working in a calm, collaborative kitchen culture that values learning and growth
We’re Looking For

A committed 2nd or 3rd year apprentice chef, passionate about cooking and eager to learn

Interest in Mediterranean-style cuisine and seasonal, produce-led cooking
