Junior Groundskeeper

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Groundskeeper to join our Vineyard & Farm team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role and would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and is keen to learn new skills.

You’ll be on-site 5 days per week and work closely with our Farm & Grounds Manager and wider Estate team. Full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help maintain lawns, gardens and grounds across the Estate

  • Mowing, whipper snipping and general outdoor maintenance

  • Assisting with planting, weeding, mulching and watering

  • Learning to use garden tools and machinery safely

  • Helping keep shared areas tidy and well-presented (cellar door, pool, tennis court surrounds)

  • Supporting the team with general maintenance and day-to-day tasks

About You

  • Enjoy working outdoors and being active

  • Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in

  • Happy doing physical work in all weather

  • Keen to learn and take direction

  • Take pride in keeping spaces clean, tidy and well-maintained

  • A positive attitude and good work ethic are more important than experience
