We're searching for warm, energetic and professional waitstaff and hosts to be part of the launch team at Cézan Trattoria & Bar, a new food and wine experience nestled within the stunning grounds of Krinklewood Estate in the Hunter Valley. A collaboration between the award-winning Fennel & Co and Krinklewood, Cézan is more than just a trattoria — it’s the beating heart of a broader vision.

From long lunch service under the Manchurian pears to intimate Residence dining, from Dimensions X in-room experiences to premium weddings and events — this is your opportunity to be part of something truly special.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and delivering an exceptional, relaxed-yet-refined food and wine experience

  • Supporting service in the Cézan Trattoria & Bar, as well as private estate dining and events

  • Working alongside a passionate team of chefs, sommeliers, event planners, producers & entrepreneurs.

  • Helping execute our estate-wide food, beverage and catering vision

  • Managing reservations through Tock

  • Taking and processing orders using Square POS

We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience in restaurants, wine bars or event service

  • A love of great food, wine and genuine hospitality

  • A positive, reliable and proactive attitude

  • RSA (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Wine knowledge or WSET qualifications ideal but not required

  • Availability on weekends and for scheduled weddings/events
