You may self-cater and BYO food and beverages for registered onsite guests. Should you wish to invite additional guests, RSA staff from Cézan are required at a ratio of 1 staff member per 30 guests, charged at $60 per hour (15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays). If catering is required, Cézan holds exclusivity at Krinklewood, offering a range of food and beverage packages available to suit your event.

Extra Accomodation

Venue hire now includes all accommodation on your wedding night, including the Krinklewood Residence — with a second night also complimentary for weekend weddings — alongside four architecturally designed Dimensions X Cabins, allowing up to 22 guests to stay amongst the vines. Additional nights are available at 10% discount. All accommodation is held exclusively for your wedding group from six months prior, with individual guest invoicing available.

Krinklewood has partnered with the team behind Fennel & Co to create Cezan Pty Ltd - Cézan Trattoria, Bar + Catering is our exclusive in-house food and beverage experience. Together, we deliver exceptional dining, premium service, and seamless wedding hospitality designed to perfectly complement the Krinklewood experience. For couples wanting an alternative, our team can step aside to allow your own caterer full access to the kitchen and equipment for a $2,500 venue fee.

From 2027, Krinklewood has received approval for Friday and Saturday weddings to celebrate until 11pm, and Sunday weddings until 10pm — giving couples even more time to dance and celebrate under the stars, while still preserving the peaceful charm of the Broke Fordwich community and surrounding estate.

Your venue hire includes accommodation in the Estate Residence (two nights for weekend bookings), plus your wedding night in all four architecturally designed Dimensions X cabins, allowing up to 22 guests to stay onsite across the celebration. From the charming French farmhouse-style residence to the Peter Stutchbury- designed cabins — a prefab concept co-founded by Krinklewood owner Oscar Martin — the accommodation experience is luxurious, intimate, and completely immersed in nature. For larger groups, there is extensive accommodation throughout Broke Fordwich for the wider wedding party, with preferred rates available through a number of our neighbouring properties.

We require a wedding coordinator as a minimum to ensure your day runs seamlessly from start to finish. With multiple locations across the estate, vendors, styling, catering, and guest logistics all happening simultaneously, having a professional coordinator is one of the most valuable investments you can make — and something couples never regret. We work closely with a selection of trusted planners and coordinators who know the property inside out, helping create an effortless experience for you, your guests, and vendors so you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.
