Estate Cleaner / Housekeeper – Krinklewood Estate
Location: 712 Wollombi Road, Broke, NSW 2330
Full-time or Part-time | 30 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for a meticulous, proactive and enthusiastic Cleaner / Housekeeper to help us maintain and elevate the beauty of our accommodations and estate spaces. You'll be an essential part of our hospitality experience, working closely with the operations, events and bookings teams to ensure every stay feels exceptional.

What You'll Be Doing

Housekeeping & Presentation

  • Clean and present 5 x Dimensions X cabins, the main residence, cellar door (including bathrooms), winery, event spaces, and accommodation for staff and owners

  • Ensure spaces are spotless, stylish and 5-star ready — every time

  • Manage linens, amenities, laundry and restocking

  • Conduct deep cleans and regular upkeep across all areas

Guest Experience & Bookings

  • Prepare accommodation with thoughtful touches prior to arrivals

  • Support seamless stays, liaising with the bookings team and responding to in-stay guest needs

  • Align accommodation needs with events and functions hosted on-site

Maintenance & Quality Control

  • Conduct pre- and post-stay inspections using detailed checklists

  • Identify and report maintenance needs to the Operations Manager

  • Ensure supplies, linens and amenities are always guest-ready and aligned with styling preferences

Team & Scheduling

  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver an exceptional estate experience

  • May lead and coordinate a small housekeeping team as the role grows

  • Maintain and evolve cleaning and maintenance schedules for all spaces

About You

  • Minimum 1-2 years of luxury housekeeping experience required

  • You love order, beauty and the little details that elevate a space

  • Self-motivated, organised and calm under pressure

  • Comfortable working independently and communicating with guests and team members

  • Tech-comfortable or willing to learn systems like Airbnb, Guesty and booking platforms

  • Flexible with hours and available on weekends or public holidays if required

  • Australian work rights are essential

Current driver's licence is essential due to the rural location at 712 Wollombi Road, Broke, NSW 2330.
