Undergoing a wild fermentation in stainless steel unleashes quince, apple and stonefruit against expressive aromas of lemon, honeysuckle, and chamomile. A wonderful, natural acidity lingers like a long summer sunset for a fun and easy drop.

This audacious younger sibling of Krinklewood: Our Wild Chardonnay 2024 was created from certified Organic & Biodynamic fruit from McLaren Vale to create a crisp refreshing dry white wine. Fermentation took place in Stainless Steel tanks under cool conditions. The wine was bottled early to retain the freshness of the primary fruit characters and underwent minimal filtration before bottling.
