Grape Varietal— Verdelho

Light iridescent green in colour, this wine offers bright aromas of white peach, citrus & subtle tropical notes. The palate has racy melons, ripe lime and grapefruit characters balanced with a light herbaceous line. Refreshing and zesty to finish.

Winemaking Notes

The 2024 vintage was characterised by perfect conditions, resulting in beautiful, crunchy acidity and an intense fruit flavour, with prominent ester compounds. Both free-run and pressed juice were used after the fruit was crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under cool conditions, and the wine was bottled early to preserve the freshness of its primary fruit characteristics. It also underwent minimal filtration before bottling. This wine was awarded a silver medal at the 2024 Hunter Boutique Wine Show.
