Grape Varietal— Sémillon

Light, iridescent green in colour, this wine offers bright aromas of citrus, nectarines vanilla and nutty flavours, balanced with a light herbaceous line. The taste is remarkably delicate due to the balance between the acidity and the fine elegant oak. This wine shows great ageing potential.

93 Points - The Real Review:

"Pale straw and vivid in colour. Waxy citrus aromas, along with lemon pith, white flowers and lemongrass. Tangy, punchy and lip-smackingly crunchy in flavour. Lemon, lime and minerally bath salts are all at play. Delicate, fine and with impressive length." 

The fruit was handpicked and whole-bunch pressed in our basket press. The fruit was crushed with only the premium free-run juices being used. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under cool conditions. The wine was then matured into old oak for 4 months before early bottling to retain the freshness of the primary fruit characters.
