The medium to full body palate is velvety & well-balanced with characteristics of plum sauce, red currant & a dark chocolate finish.

This parcel of Organic & Biodynamic Shiraz from McLaren Vale fruit was machine-picked, chilled & transported quickly to our Broke facility, fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then stored & matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak for 12 months before bottling.
