Grape Varietal— Sangiovese

Beautiful pale pink in colour, this non-alcoholic Sangiovese has a complex bouquet of wild strawberries with a touch of raspberry and rose petals. The taste is well balanced with notes of red currant, Turkish delight, raspberry lemonade & Granny Smith. This NOLO "frizzante" wine is refreshing and smooth with a lingering sensation on the palate, making you wish for another sip. Liberté shows all the spirit of a crowd-pleasing summer drop, with none of the alcohol.

The premium Organic Sangiovese grapes were picked at perfect ripening conditions and quickly chilled to preserve the varietal grape characters. The fruit was then pressed gently with minimal skin contact, giving the juice the softest pink colour. After pressing, the juice was quickly chilled before heading into primary fermentation. After gentle finings and filtration, the wine went through a slow and low-temperature extraction of alcohol (reverse osmosis), bringing it down to 0.019%. This alcohol-free wine (or NOLO) was then lightly carbonated and bottled early to maintain all its freshness. Here's to bliss, refreshingly unrestrained. Vegan Friendly.
