The 2023 Wild Shiraz displays fruit-forward aromas of crushed cherries, violet and green peppercorn with a hint of vanilla thanks to the aged French barrels this wine was matured in.

The medium-to-full-bodied palate is velvety & well-balanced, with notes of plum sauce, red currant & a dark chocolate finish.

This wine is perfect to enjoy with food or on its very own.

This parcel of Organic & Biodynamic Shiraz from McLaren Vale fruit was machine-picked, chilled & transported quickly to our Broke facility, fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then stored & matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak for 12 months before bottling.
