The 2023 Wild Pink is the palest pink in colour thanks to the minimal skin contact time with the Mourvèdre skins. The aroma of Turkish delight & rose petals are irresistible and further heightened by hints of lime blossom. The result is a wonderfully light frizzante bubble wine with a refreshingly sweet finish.

Fresh and lively with beautiful notes of crisp nashi pear, green apple and aromatic jasmine. A creamy mousse and fine bead with a lovely soft finish make it the perfect addition to any celebration.

"Made from Chardonnay and Verdelho, this is a beautifully fresh fizz with faint tropical and stone fruit flavours. It is an excellent choice for those who prefer a fruitier, rather than savoury, style of wine. It has good intensity and lovely brightness. Serve well chilled to maximise the wine's freshness, focus the flavours and channel the length." 

Deep Crimson in colour. The nose has lashings of beautiful cherries and dark plums. It has a persistent fine bead and is superbly developed, showing richness, softness and a delicate yeast complexity with a delicate off-dry finish.

"A fragrant, somewhat flirtatious style with crushed herb accents and bright red fruit. The fruit was harvested in McLaren Vale and then transferred to Kinklewood in the Hunter, where fermentation occurred in a mix of stainless steel and wooden vessels. It was tirage-aged for 36 months before disgorging in late '23. There is a liveliness and an energy to the palate, with gentle savouriness, papery tannin and spice on the close. Sweetness does not burden the wine, with the whole package joyous and divine."
