The wine displays a luminous, pale coral hue. Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, and raspberry are lifted by subtle floral notes and a hint of spice, reflecting the richness of the Mataro and the gentle structure of the Merlot. On the palate, it is fresh and finely textured, with vibrant acidity and a natural, juicy brightness. Layers of red berry fruit are supported by delicate mineral undertones, creating a harmonious, long, and refreshing finish.

This is a rosé of finesse and integrity, expressing the purity of its organic and biodynamic fruit, while celebrating the consistency and legacy of a blend that has become beloved over time.
