The 2024 Wild Rosé (previously named our Wild Pink) is the palest pink in colour thanks to the minimal skin contact time with the Merlot and Mataro skins.
The aroma of Turkish delight & rose petals are irresistible and further heightened by hints of lime blossom. The result is a wonderfully light frizzante bubble wine with a refreshingly sweet finish.
It’s the quintessential summer wine—light, refreshing, and perfect for a hot afternoon. Pair it with a favorite dessert, or a cheese platter, or simply enjoy it on its own.

This wine was made with 60% Merlot and 40% Mataro grapes.
The fruit was machine-picked and stainless steel fermented under temperature control conditions. The fermentation was then stopped, leaving the wine with medium sweetness & then underwent delicate carbonation before early bottling to retain all the beautiful aromas.
