This limited release is born from a small and precious crop of Semillon, reclaimed from the second regrowth following the frost of mid-September 2024, which swept through the Broke Fordwich region.
Against all odds, the 2025 vintage unfolded in near-perfect conditions, allowing the vines to recover gracefully and yield a tiny but remarkable harvest.The secondary fruit has endowed the wine with beautiful natural acidity and vibrant notes of lime, lemon, and a delicate touch of feijoa. Handpicked with care, the fruit was swiftly chilled, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel before being bottled early to preserve its pure freshness and vitality.
