Deep ruby colour, displaying elegant and uplifting notes of red plum, boysenberry & mulberry jam. This classic Hunter Valley Shiraz shows a medium body with soft, earthly & savoury notes. The blend of new and used French oak gives this wine beautiful notes of clove and vanilla beans.

The 2024 Shiraz, harvested on St. Valentine’s Day, captures both vibrancy and depth. A portion of the fruit underwent gentle carbonic maceration in 1-tonne Italian cuves, coaxing lively aromatics and a bright, almost effervescent freshness, while the remainder followed a traditional red vinification, providing structure and depth.
The wine opens with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and a touch of wild strawberry, interwoven with subtle spice and floral hints. On the palate, it is playful yet refined, combining the juicy, buoyant character of carbonic maceration with the silky tannins and balanced structure of classic Shiraz. The finish is long, vibrant, and inviting, showcasing a harmony of freshness, red fruit purity, and gentle complexity.
