Full-time | On-site | 5 days/week including weekends

Lead the Heartbeat of Our Estate

Krinklewood is an award-winning certified organic & biodynamic vineyard, nestled along the Wollombi Brook and framed by the iconic Brokenback Range. Our cellar door is where guests first fall in love with our wines, our philosophy, and our people — and we’re looking for someone who brings that magic to life every day.

  • Make every guest feel welcomed, remembered, and celebrated

Lead a Polished, High-Performing Space

  • Maintain impeccable presentation, ambience and product display
  • Guide the team with passion, coaching, and clear service standards
  • Manage the cellar door team's rosters, sales focus for the week and workplace culture
  • Provide hands-on support across busy service periods

Operational Ownership

  • Manage bookings and arrival flow through Tock
  • Process sales and reporting via Square and Shopify
  • Oversee stock control, ordering and correct wine presentation
  • Ensure RSA compliance and safe service practices

  • Collaborate with Cézan Trattoria & Bar on guest flow and wine service
  • Assist with premium events, weddings and activations as required

What You Bring

  • Experience in a cellar door, premium hospitality or luxury retail environment
  • A bright, engaging and genuinely people-loving personality
  • Proven ability to sell confidently and close with care
  • Passion and curiosity for wine — eager to learn and share
  • Calm leadership with a problem-solver mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and hands-on work ethic
  • RSA required; WSET or sommelier training highly valued

Who Thrives Here

Someone who lights up a room.
Who loves hosting and connecting with people.
Who can share a vineyard’s story and make it unforgettable.
Who celebrates the win — both the sale and the smile.
