We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support service across the estate — someone warm, detail-oriented, and hands-on, who enjoys being on the floor and creating seamless guest experiences.

The Role
This is a hands-on role across cellar door, restaurant, and events.
You’ll support the day-to-day running of service at Cézan and the cellar door, while assisting with weddings, events, and in-room dining. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help ensure service runs smoothly and guests feel genuinely looked after.
What You’ll Do
Service & Guest Experience

Support day-to-day service across Cézan and the cellar door

Lead from the floor during service shifts, ensuring smooth flow

Deliver warm, polished, and consistent hospitality
Sales & Experience

Assist guests with wine selections, tastings, and food pairings

Support the team in upselling and enhancing the guest experience

Help manage guest feedback in a calm and positive way
Weddings & Events

Support F&B service on weddings and private events (night shifts required)

Work alongside the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service

Help maintain high standards across bar and floor service
In-Room Dining & Guest Stays

Assist with in-room dining orders and delivery

Ensure quality, timing, and presentation meet our standards
Team Support

Help guide and support junior team members during service

Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Operations

Assist with bookings (Tock / OpenTable) and POS (Square)

Support stock control and day-to-day service setup

Maintain RSA compliance and operational standards
What You Bring
-
Experience in a restaurant, cellar door, or premium hospitality
-
A natural host — warm, confident, and guest-focused

Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach

Ability to stay calm and organised in busy service periods

Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
-
RSA required; wine knowledge highly regarded
