2016 Spider Run Reserve Red

Spider Run wines are part of our reserve range and are only made the years we get an exceptional vintage. This vintage was made from two carefully selected parcels of hand-picked Shiraz fruit from McLaren Vale, it was hand plunged followed by a 3-day cold soak, the Shiraz juice then spent another 8 days on skins with twice daily plunging. After fermentation, the wine was pressed into 500l French puncheons, where it matured for 14months prior to bottling.
