  1. Communication Maestro:

    • Serve as the gatekeeper for all incoming communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and social media.
    • Be the friendly face behind cellar door interactions, managing reservations, inquiries, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
    • Take the lead on social media engagement, crafting engaging posts and responding to comments and messages.                              
  2. Membership Marvel:

    • Coordinate membership-related queries, applications, and benefits, ensuring a seamless and positive membership experience.
    • Work closely with the team to foster a sense of community and exclusivity among our valued members.
  3. Events Extraordinaire:

    • Ensure that all initial event inquiries and ongoing questions are answered professionally and timely.
    • Collaborate with the events team to help facilitate the flawless execution of weddings, events, and tastings.
  4. Personal Assistant Prodigy:

    • Provide dedicated support to the owner, managing their personal administrative tasks contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.
  5. Accommodation Alchemist:
    • Take charge of accommodation bookings, managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
    • Collaborate with the cleaning staff to schedule and oversee cleaning activities for accommodation units, ensuring pristine conditions for our guests.

  • Proven experience in office administration, customer service, and social media management.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, social media platforms, and basic accounting software. Shopify a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
