Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptionally organised and visionary Weddings, Event, and Accommodation Manager to join our team and be a driving force behind our growth. As the Manager, you will be responsible for turning incoming leads into bookings, orchestrating unforgettable events, and enhancing the allure of our award-winning luxury sustainable accommodations. Your role will be pivotal in delivering remarkable experiences that resonate with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event and Wedding Management: Oversee and manage events and weddings. Help create magical, tailor-made experiences for clients, ensuring seamless execution of events on our picturesque estate.

  2. Lead Conversion: Effectively handle incoming leads, nurturing them into bookings, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial inquiry to an unforgettable event or stay.

  3. Accommodation Promotion: Promote our Dimensions X Farmstay accommodations, designed in collaboration with renowned architect Peter Stutchbury. Showcase the luxury, sustainability, and uniqueness of our accommodations to prospective guests.

  4. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide a personalized and exceptional experience.

  5. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of event and accommodation professionals to deliver excellence in customer service and exceed targets.

  6. Sustainability Advocacy: Promote and uphold our commitment to sustainability, ensuring eco-friendly practices in events and accommodations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in weddings, events, and accommodation management, preferably in a luxury or sustainable context.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for creating remarkable experiences.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
