Grape Varietal— Verdelho, Chardonnay, Shiraz

 

The 2021 Wild Pink is the palest pink in colour thanks to the tiniest addition of Shiraz. The aroma of Turkish delight & rose petals are irresistible and further heightened by hints of lime blossom. The result is a wonderfully light frizzante bubble wine with a refreshing sweet finish.

This wine was made with Verdelho, Chardonnay with a dash of Shiraz.
The fruit was machine picked and stainless steel fermented under temperature control conditions. The fermentation was then stopped, leaving the wine medium sweetness & then underwent delicate carbonation prior early bottling to retain all the beautiful aromas
