The medium to full body palate is velvety & well-balanced with characteristics of plum sauce, red currant & a dark chocolate finish.

This parcel of Organic Shiraz from McLaren Vale fruit was machine picked, chilled & transported quickly to our facility in Broke where it fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then stored & matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak for 15 months before bottling.
