Utilising indigenous Krinklewood yeast grown from fruit gathered a few days earlier in the vineyard, the majority was fermented in our three 700l Nomblot fermentation eggs, whilst a portion was fermented in new and used French oak, where it also went through malolactic fermentation in both in barrels and in the eggs.
