This audacious younger sibling of Krinklewood: Our Wild Chardonnay 2022 was created from certified Organic & Biodynamic fruit & blended to create a crisp refreshing dry white wine. This vintage was made with a blend of Chardonnay with a dash of Verdelho. Fermentation took place in Stainless Steel tanks under cool conditions. The wine was bottled early to retain the freshness of the primary fruit characters and underwent minimal filtration prior to bottling.
