Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Specialist to join our team and be a pivotal part of our growth story. You will play a vital role in expanding our wine club membership, promoting our renowned organic and biodynamic certified wines, and driving bookings for our unique weddings and reimagined events. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sell accommodations at dimensions.com.au, offering an all-encompassing experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Expand Wine Club Membership: You will be responsible for growing our wine club membership by nurturing leads, conducting tastings, and leveraging your expertise to showcase the unique qualities of our wines.

Promote Award-Winning Wines: You will be our brand ambassador, sharing the compelling story of our organic and biodynamic certified wines. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help customers appreciate and select the perfect wine for their palate.

Event Sales: Our stunning venue and event spaces are perfect for weddings and special events. Your role will involve creating memorable experiences for clients by offering tailored event packages and ensuring smooth event planning.

Accommodation Sales: Market and sell award winning Dimensions X Farm-stay accommodation, offering a luxurious and tranquil stay for visitors seeking a complete Krinklewood experience.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wine, hospitality, or event industry.
- Passion for wine, sustainability, and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a commitment to exceeding sales goals.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
3 Days in the Cellar Door: (Friday - Sunday)
The best opportunity to grow wine club and sell wine.
- Maximising wine sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wine club membership sign-ups and retention.
- Providing exceptional 5-star customer service and enhancing the overall visitor experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote cellar door events and offerings.
- Support employee performance and productivity & train team on driving wine sales.
- Nurture staff members and encourage personal and professional development and growth
- Lead team meetings and WIPs
- Drive accountability within the team
- Setting and assessing KPIs for staff members in line with overall business goals
- Stock levels, stock rotation and new vintage releases.
- Receive feedback from the team and find ways to continually engage and motivate staff members.
- Identifying and establishing new wholesale partnerships and opportunities.
- Developing strategies to grow our business in these areas and meet KPIs.
- Managing sales results and sell-through of wine clubs, wine, weddings, events & accommodation.
- Ensuring wine sales on pace with new vintage releases.
- Analysing sales performance and working with the winemaker & cellar door team to implement initiatives to drive growth.
- Making recommendations to the CEO and General Manager on how business performance can be optimised.
- Key revenue areas include (but are not limited to);
- Driving Wine Club Membership, Cellar Door Wine Sales
- Drive Wedding and event bookings
- Drive Cellar Door Increase in Wine Sales & Event Initiatives
- Drive Brand Opportunities at Krinklewood
- Drive Digital & Online Sales
- Drive awareness for Biodynamics – Education
- Drive Accommodation bookings – Residence & Cabins
Across-the-Business Support:
Offering assistance in various aspects of the winery's operations, wherever your expertise can be leveraged.
Collaborating with different teams to enhance overall business efficiency and performance.
Compensation Package
Base Salary $70,000
Superannuation $7,700
+ uncapped KPI incentives scheme
Your performance will play a pivotal role in determining your incentive compensation, which will be discussed in detail during your onboarding process.
